How to open and serve bottle of wine perfectly

The way of serving red wine is different from white wine. In the presentation of red wine, there is no need to "chilling wine process" because red wine is served at a "room temperature" which is around 180 C.

The complete steps are as follows:

a. Prepare all the necessary equipment.

1) Napkin

2) B & B plate

3) Paper napkin

4) Wine opener

b. Show the wine label that will be served to guests for checking then open the silver foil and the cork with a wine opener.

c. Clean the mouth of the bottle with paper napkin, show the cork to guests for "snifting"

d. Pour a little into the red wine glass to "taste" by the guests, continue the presentation (ladies first).
