Ashli Babbitt Shooting

I am not easily shaken by videos, but I still get physically nauseous when I watch the shooting of Ashli Babbitt. My expertise was police use of force, and if ever there was a case worthy of examination and potential criminal charges against the “officer” involved, this was it. Would I argue that the “officer” should be exonerated? Yes. Were his actions technically legal under current US law? Not really. Confused? Watch for the explanation.

One thing I do know for sure is that all analysis of police shootings should be based upon the actions of the suspect and the response of the officer and absolutely NO consideration should be given to the race of either party nor political expediency. Truth, law, and justice are the only acceptable metrics.

This is but one part, although a very important one, of a much larger picture. To see the rest of “January 6th & the Reichstag Fire” go to https://rumble.com/veb93v-january-6th-and-the-reichstag-fire.html
