WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. star jacks
2. squat to alt. oblique twist
3. 10 high knees drop to pushup
4. standing knee pulls (20s L, 20s R)
5. 30 second hollow hold
6. dead bugs
7. penguins
