We are mixing new dehydrated microgreens powders ... trying out new flavors and nutrient blends by adding Radish microgreens, Alfalfa microgreens, and Shiso microgreens.

We are an year-round, indoor microgreens farm in Knoxville, Tennessee. Specifically, we are in the heart of South Knoxville (SoKno).

Our community of Wender Farms customers help us create and test out new blends of microgreens powders.

Our original "Mild Blend" contains Broccoli Microgreens, Pea Microgreens, and Sunflower Microgreens.

Our Mixologists are experimenting with and crafting New, Spicier blends with Radish, Shiso, and Alfalfa microgreens.

Microgreens are nutrient-rich young or 'baby' versions of mature plants. Microgreens are harvested 14-21 days after planting. Research has shown that at this stage of growth, Microgreens have up to 40 times the nutrients of mature plants.

Our dehydrated microgreens powders use a special "cold raw" dehydration process that preserves nutrients and key enzymes by limiting the heat of the dehydration process. This type of dehydration takes longer but packs all most all of the original nutrients into the dehydrated powder.

One ounce of microgreens has the nutrients of 1.5 pounds of mature broccoli.

You can get the same nutrients from a 1/4 teaspoon of our microgreens powder.
