Three students discuss their experience in the Pathways Program at Anniston Army Depot and what it means to them. The Pathways Program is a three-phased program beginning with training high school students who then progress to a technical college education and, finally, full-time employment at the depot, if a position is available. The program serves as an opportunity for local students to develop skills and aids in maintaining a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
