We are all gifted by God... We are called to use the gift God gives us, to equip the saints - equip one another, speaking the truth in LOVE.

We all have different roles in the church, we are parts of the body of Christ, and they're all important, and we are all called to speak the truth in love.

The goal of all the gifts is to equip one another in LOVE.

We all work together and have a role to play, but we need to be working efficiently, and serving each other, and we can only do that if we are "SPIRITUALLY HEALTHY" personally.

It's easy to go on autopilot because we know what we "should" be doing. It becomes something on our to-do list, but we are not truly tending to our souls.
