Sharing my version of stir-fried pea shoots with dried scallions and egg white
清炒豆苗 - 炒得清脆爽嫩, 又不會炒出一鑊水喔!

Recipe for stir-fried pea sprouts with scallops and egg white, I will cook it in two steps
1) Ingredients for stir-fried pea sprouts include:
2 pounds of pea sprouts/shoots
1 / 4 cup of chicken broth
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of sugar.
Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch w/ water
A few cloves of garlic
oil
2) scallops and egg-white sauce (Goji berries are optional)
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 soaked scallops
Mix 2 tbsp of cornstarch w/ water
2 egg whites
(2 tbsp of goji berries optional)
瑤柱蛋白扒豆苗食譜, 我分開兩個步驟嚟煮
第一個步驟-上湯豆苗的食材包括:
豆苗兩磅
四分一杯雞湯, 加入一茶匙鹽兩茶匙糖.
兩湯匙生粉加少量水開成生粉水
幾粒蒜頭, 油

第二個步驟-瑤柱蛋白湯汁(枸杞子自選)
半杯雞湯
瑤柱絲(兩個瑤柱)
兩湯匙生粉加少量水開成生粉水
兩個蛋清
(兩湯匙枸杞子)
