This is my custom scenario I had made.....called Cao Pi's Ascension...its based off of the final battle you do on Wu in DW8XL where you have to fight Cao Pi at Hefei castle. I was originally gonna Cao Pi's capital at Xuchang but let's be honest in most things that have Wei in it their capital is at Xuchang so I decided to switch it up a little bit.
