Members of the 147th Regiment, Regional Training Institute’s (RTI) Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 68, located in Columbus, Ohio, train to become future army officers. OCS is designed to give candidates a framework for their role as a commander. They will learn tactics training, how to deal with mental and emotional stress, and how to deliver orders effectively.
