The 'PNC Tower' could be home to Downtown residents soon with major historic transformation

More and more construction and renovation projects are happening along West Fourth Street, from Vine Street to Central. One project just happens to be the 31-story Fourth and Vine Tower, also called PNC Tower, and formerly the Union Central Tower.
