watering can that can only handle ½ of it's full capacity in Thailand

What is the point of not be able to use full capacity of the watering can? I guess as like covidhoax no science and maths is not necessary because it is rascist they decided to do this stupid design thing.
By the way, Microsoft is creating a BLM Excel Spreadsheet that always gives the wrong answer to stop been rascist.
