What you drink or eat can cause tooth decay, so a healthy diet is essential for your teeth. A healthy food template includes plenty of fruit and vegetables and starchy foods, such as rice, bread, potatoes, and pasta (choose wholegrain versions and eat potatoes with their skin where possible). You should also consume protein sources, such as meat, eggs, fish, beans, other non-dairy protein sources, and dairy foods that is ideally lower fat options.
