Mickey talks to Ron Jarman of the Hero Academy BJJ Retreat in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Ron shares his story about leaving Chicago four years ago with his wife for a tropical paradise in Costa Rica. His love for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu quickly turned into a humanitarian mission for children of his village during hard times.

From his bio, "Ron started training BJJ in 2011 under Carlson Gracie Jr in Chicago. As a white belt and blue He competed regularly in local and national tournaments winning multiple medals in IBJJF, Naga, grappling Games and other organizations. What started out as a way to get back in shape for him quickly turned into something much more improving nearly every aspect of his life. He and his wife Holly moved to Tamarindo in 2017 and adopted a pup, Choco."
