Tools of Discernment

Hello brothers and sisters and Youtube Family. Hope you guys are being blessed.

Thank you family so much for your prayers and words of encouragement I so appreciate it and I definitely feel the grace to move forward. Within this series of discernment I think this is probably the most important teachings because it great if you hearing instructions and messages in prayer but it comes down too knowing the source of the council your getting and now discerning what God is trying to tell you. I think many get stuck right here. They have sense, a feel, a knowing of something in their hearts but insecurity and lack of confidence is one the major things that will stop us in our tracks from moving forward. However, when you know you have heard from the Lord all hell, all man, your flesh can come against it and it won’t move you because you know what the Lord said. When you have stepped out in faith to do something the Lord has called you too do and you are met with contradictions and even failures you will keep your eyes on Jesus confident in him because you are in his will.

The Lord has made clear to all of us Heartdwellers that the times we are living in are thick with demons, lying spirits and seducing spirits that abound. We are that generation the scripture talks about with itching ears because we are in the last days. So that is why Jesus has taught us these simple tools of discernment so we don’t fall into deception that so many in the body of Christ have already. I say, simple because these methods are so simple a child could do it that why it is scoffed by the so called “mature believers”, the well versed and knowledge in scripture who are confident that all that they hear, see and perceive in prayer is from the Lord. So using a rhema book or seeking the Lord for a rhema is “childish” to them. Which is true as I confidently say, but I am child and I don’t trust myself at all and as a child I would rather seek Holy Spirit for his guidance and council instead of trusting my own judgment.

Guys I don’t know how many times I would see a vision, hear something good in prayer and go to the Lord for discernment and find out it was my flesh or from the enemy enticing me in something that was the desire of my heart, but wasn’t the Lords will. The demons are very clever and if they cant get us to sin blantalty then they will get us off course by doing something or desiring something that seems good. It can even line up with scripture, but is not Gods will for you. So that’s why it’s good to go deeper in discernment That is the key when you seek the Lord for discernment you must seek him for HIS heart and HIS will and for no other reason. Purity, purity, purity, pure motives when seeking God is very important with out pure motives it can lead to deception and even divination which I will explain a little later.
