This video is on how I ran a 9 30 2 mile and the lessons you can learn to run your best time over the two-mile run. It took time, a great deal of work and dedication to run this time. Of course, there are many runners who can run faster than this over the 2-mile distance.

That being said, developing my speed helped me to run 2:19 for the marathon. A time I did not really have that talent level to run. Work ethic and tenacity brought me to that time. I hope this video will be helpful to runners of all capabilities. A sub 9 30 2 mile is approximately 4:43 mile pace for 2 miles. Certainly doable for many runners with a small amount of talent and a ton of work ethic.
