Wondering how do I improve my running gait? Biomechanics and working to improve your form will make you a much better middle to long distance runner. That being said, how do you do it? Well, it is not an easy task and it takes time and practice to improve your running gait.
There are a lot of athletes asking themselves how do I improve my running form. Strength training, pool running and training at paces that far exceed your goal race pace will certainly improve your running form. In addition, you need to practice staying as relaxed as possible while your running as well.
Remember, you can always consciously tell yourself to stay relaxed in training and in your races.
