Zero Bubble in the Q. Submariner reference (raise close enough to the surface - while remaining submerged) to launch ICBMs. Also a movie reference to a clown production of Crimson Tide, where the clown-directed classic presented a faultline African American protagonist (1996) who would remove combat-return fire discretion from US Submariners and other field commanders.
The problem with this new (clown) strategic doctrine weakens US deterrence by encouraging a decapitation blow to the US Capital in Washington DC. Take that out - and the US is defenseless for invasion. Hollywood forgot into include that in their Denzel Washington classic. But, it sure was a pretty movie. And the musical score was unmatched. kek.
The correct alternative is to remain vigilant - never give up - and constantly combat evil in all it’s manifestations.
