Jeff Hashbarger and I are live this morning with a spiritual gathering on Health and Healing

There is a lot to cover on this subject today

First, We are NOT saying if your current health is not optimal that you are somehow not spiritual or that you don’t have enough faith to be well.
If you are in unbalance or have a “dis-ease” it’s usually best to see a professional.

The combination of practical life choices and medical guidance is usually the most helpful
Spontaneous remissions and instant healings do occur.
These are are miracles, but so is every breath a miracle and a present from God.
Questions we hope put some illumination on is s follows:
What is optimum health
How do we get there?
How do know if we have it?
Typically once your health and well being is very stressed you know because it shows up in a Dis-ease or a major health challenge

What we want to do today is offer some practical steps to help you have more “abundant life”
Regardless of what your current circumstance you can find total health.

1. Healing
Romans 12:1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.
It is said that:
75-90% of doctor visits are from stress?
77% of Americans regularly experience physical symptoms of stress.
73% of people experience psychological symptoms caused by stress.
Here are of spirits guiding principles
Align your heart/will to Gods highest intentions for you
Trust the wisdom that created you.
Your true thoughts and beliefs affect you body- if your think about jumping in a cold body of water or pool you shiver

Matthew 11:28-30
"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
1 Timothy 4:4
For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving
A true ….. Thank you:) as opposed to thanks
2. Diet
Romans 14:3 The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them. 4 Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.
If you believe you shouldn’t eat meat, than you shouldn’t eat meat
Eating healthy fresh food with life present it is important, we recommend less processed foods.
Organic home grown is best
1 Corinthians 10:31
So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
Genesis 9:3
Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.
3. Stress
Lay all troubles at the feet of the cross of Jesus
God takes away the worlds stress and gives you the peace of the Holy Spirit
You do NOT “Catch” stress or anxiety you create it. It is communicable however, you can only catch it if you want it.
BAD NEWS: Stress can be with you less than one second up to a lifetime
GREAT NEWS!!: you decide
Philippians 4:6
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."
Luke 12:25-26
"And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that, why are you anxious about the rest?"
Proverbs 3:4-6
"So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
4. Exercise
Move, make a joyful noise, in everything give thanks
It is exponentially helpful for you when you choose to EXERCISE!
See your self as well, feel what that body feels like, picture your self happy and healthy
1 Corinthians 9:27 But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.
Proverbs 31:17 She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Proverbs 24:5 A wise man is full of strength, and a man of knowledge enhances his might,
5. Have Faith and Believe you are healthy and will continue to be...
State your Intention, apply your attention, let go and let God
