椰奶焦糖发糕 Coconut milk caramelized sugar steam bun

Sugar / 白糖 52g / 52克 4 tbsp / 4汤匙
Water / 水 30ml / 30毫升 2 tbsp / 2汤匙
Butter / 黄油 (牛油) 1 tbsp / 1汤匙
Can Coconut milk / 罐头椰奶 60ml/ 60毫升 1/4 cup / 1/4杯

All purpose flour / 普通面粉 75g / 75克 1/2 cup / 1/2杯
Sugar / 白糖 13g / 13克 1 tbsp / 1汤匙
Baking powder / 发酵粉 1/4 tsp / 1/4茶匙
Salt / 盐 Pinch / 少许

Can Coconut milk / 罐头椰奶 60ml/ 60毫升 1/4 cup / 1/4杯
Egg( slightly beaten) / 蛋 (打散) 2 tbsp / 2汤匙 30ml / 30毫升
Vanilla / 香草精 1/4 tsp / 1/4茶匙

Notes:
You can alsoreplace with
fresh concentrated coconut milk 2 tbsp
Sqeeze from fresh grounded coconut
When you sqeeze the grounded coconut
do not add water to it
Because you need a very
concentrate coconut milk for this recipe
