The Judge Said That The Subpoenas Issued By The State Legislatures Are Both Legal And Enforceable Against Maricopa State Supervisors, Which Means Those Lawmakers Will Now Have Access To Ballots And Voting Machines And Can Conduct Their Own Audits.

The Board Of Supervisors Asked The Judge To Overrule The Subpoenas Arguing That The Ballots Are Sealed Under State Law But The Judge Said The Legislature Has The Authority To Issue Subpoenas, And To Investigate Election Reform Issues. The Judge Added That Producing The Materials Would Not Violate Confidentiality

The Court's Decision Resolved A Months-long Feud Between The Supervisors And The Senate Over How The Election Should Be Audited, And Puts An End To The Boards Refusal To Provide The Requested Information To The State Legislatures.
