U.S. Navy aircrew assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) Nine, conduct casualty evacuation training with members of the 24th Special Operations Wing during exercise Emerald Warrior-21, Eglin Range Complex, Florida, Feb. 25, 2021. Emerald Warrior is the largest joint special operations exercise involving U.S. Special Operations Command forces training to respond to various threats across the spectrum of conflict. Emerald Warrior is a SOCOM-sponsored, AFSOC-executed exercise designed to provide relevant pre-deployment training for SOF, conventional force enablers, partner nations and interagency elements.
