SYNOPSIS At NATO, we embrace diversity and thrive on it by cultivating inclusion in all its forms. We are dedicated to leveraging the unique perspectives and backgrounds of every employee, which improves decision-making, builds collaborative teams and increases innovation and creativity. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Deputy Secretary General Mircea Geoană, along with members of NATO’s civilian and military personnel, mark Zero Discrimination Day highlighting the diversity of the organisation’s staff.
