Calorie Crunching and Bowflex Max Trainer Series Day 1

For the next 30 days we are counting our calories and dropping weight. We have a whole schedule laid out. Athlean-x is our official phone app we are using for our 6 pack Abs. Everyday we will do push-ups, Ab roller, and pull-ups. 3 days a week we're on the Max Trainer, and 3 days a week we are dead lifting. We're using Tastefully Simple for our low carb meals.
