Army Fitness Sit-UP

We all know how to do the typical sit up but for a added boost, try the military style sit-up. Sgt. Ken shows us how. Start like you typically would but only with your heels on the ground and legs at a 90 degree angle. You can point them down if you prefer but don't let your toes touch the ground. Now clasp your fingers behind your head but don't EVER pull on your neck... that is the best way to cause injury doing this exercise. Normally you would have someone or something hold onto your feet to give you more leverage but if done properly, you shouldn't need that.
