In this video, I show you how I smoke baby back ribs using Grandpa Sam's Le Smoker. For this cook, I will be maintaining a low temperature between 225 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. This will be a six hour smoke practicing the 321 method.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Weber's KC BBQ Dry Rub
Grandpa Sam's Secret BBQ Sauce.
