#Pandesal are soft filipino bread roll that I grow up eating, it's good with coffee or tea during breakfast or afternoon snack. Here's my version of soft pandesal.

Ingredients:

1 Cup warm water
1 Cup warm milk
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 Cup sugar
4 Cups All-purpose flour + 1/2 cup flour set aside need it later while mixing
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp room temperature butter
