Driver Confronts Private Security Officer after Running a Stop Sign

Info from Licensor: "I exited the highway on icy frozen road conditions. On the feeder road, I was turning onto Wetmore at a 4 way stop. A car to my left had the right of way, then I was turning left, when this rent-a-cop decided to run the stop sign. He was probably going 25-30, nothing to intense, but literally almost t-boned my 2018 Subaru Forester. I followed him for 3 miles and was on the phone with his company. The employee informed me their security is armed. I kept my distance and waited for a red light to confront the security guard. I was upset between recovering from Covid, us still not getting stimulus help from government and now a Winter disaster."
