Behold. Here I am getting rid of my dad bod. How do you fight against the dad flab in a time of the Corona virus? You hit your core. I did ten reps going forward and ten reps going to the side. Why towards the side you ask?? Because I have a slight scoliosis curve. I figure I try to fix or not have it get worse. And no, I am not wearing a mask because of the pandemic.
