Sharing one of my favorite New Year desserts for the Lantern festival -
Water Chestnut Cake with flower flavor| 馬蹄糕做法 | 香花馬蹄糕
I added my favorite white tea into the ingredients and it is amazingly yummy!
Ingredients:
Water chestnut Flour 100g
Flower tea/White tea 3 tea bags
Rock candy 180g
Water 3 cups
Water chestnut 5 (cut into slices)
材料：
馬蹄粉 100g
花茶/白茶 3袋 (自選)
冰糖 180g
清水 3杯
馬蹄 5個
