You would think Wall Street abandoning Wall Street would be front-page news but these days it's more of a, meh. The funny thing is this is perfectly aligned with "the plan" and the Davos crowd said it would take the involvement of private corporations. The effects of commercial real estate in some of these high rent areas are clearing out which could lead to an even faster exodus
