Homemade Super Dog Food Cubes:

1 lb. of ground chicken or whatever ground meat you wish to use.
1 Med. Apple, peeled & finely chopped. Make sure there are NO seeds in the mixture, those are toxic to dogs!
2 Cups Rice.
½ to ¾ cup of plain non-flavored yogurt.
3 to 5 pumps of fish oil (Omega 3 fatty acids). Look for it at your local pet store.
1/3 cup plain pumpkin puree. NOT pumpkin pie filling!
½ lb. mixed frozen peas & carrots.

Boil the ground meat. Once that’s cooked, add the frozen veggies. Let that cook for just a few minutes, then drain.
Cook the rice until done. Drain any excess liquid.
Add to mixing bowl, the ground meat, veggies, rice, & all other remaining ingredients listed above, & mix thoroughly.
Once mixed, use cooking spray to spray ice cube trays. Add mixture to trays & freeze overnight.
Once frozen, remove cubes from trays, & place in sealable bags. Keep frozen until feeding time.
