According to Anon research, a couple of things: 1st, all precincts can WEIGHT particular votes based on a globally set primary dynamic variable; 2nd, a randomizing factor allowed for in a particular sub-routine called prior to canvass tabulation.
The ONLY possible reason for such codes: CHEATING. There is no other possible reason.
How did these factors not achieve prominence during the systems and code evaluations? Why is it that the various companies, NGO’s, Boards of Directors - and countries which host said servers which combine all the tabulated precinct races? Why were the “data-hosting” countries (ie. Germany) different than the PROCESSING countries (eg. Spain)? Why were the controlling servers set up in Ireland?
Can you handle the proof? What did Willy Wonka mean when he said - "gotta go forward if you want to go back"? From our experience - what only goes ONE WAY? [time]
