Florida's Gun Confiscation Law aka Red Flag Laws

In 2018, the state of Florida passed the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act in response to the Parkland High School shooting. In this video, Ryan will discuss the Red Flag Law and will elaborate on the options how an individual's firearm can be confiscated. Ryan will also cover different Florida statutes to explain the process of red flag orders.
