Anchorage Assembly seems to Discriminate Against Hockey???

Testifier says that with the help of Union Boss (husband of Rep. Kelly Merrick) Joey Merrick, the Anchorage Assembly has all but killed Hockey for the city. And that the Union Boss has a HUGE conflict of interest in this whole thing.
