Supercharge your strength with this ten minute workout!! It focuses on building full body strength, targeting the core, and developing cardiac health. Choose your intensity by completing the set only once or replay for multiple rounds depending on your fitness level.

This routine can be done with or without props. For props you need a weighted Ugi ball -12lbs used in demo- and a Fusion ball. Substitute the Ugi ball with a Yoga block, free weights, a large text book, or pillow during push ups.
