The Preterist view is an alternative view of Revelation that has been in the church for over 1700 years, although most people currently have never heard the view. This video is vital to understanding Revelation and should be watched prior to the remaining videos. Chapter 1 is the most important chapter in Revelation, so it will comprise of 4 videos. It is highly encouraged to watch them in order, or there will be unanswered questions and/or misconceptions. This video confirms the "authorship" and "date of writing" of Revelation. In addition, the four views of Revelation are summarized: Futurist view, Historicist view, Preterist view and Idealist view.
