The North Dakota State House Of Representatives Passed A Bill, Making It Illegal To Require People To Wear Masks.
The Bill Passed By A 50 To 44 Vote, And Now Heads To The North Dakota State Senate. It Would Make Any Future Mask Mandates Illegal.
The House Made The Move Three Months After Gov. Doug Burgum Imposed A Statewide Mask Mandate, Even Though He Previously Said He Was Skeptical About Mandating Masks.
The Bills Sponsors Claim That Mask Mandates Are “Diabolical Silliness,”
Adding That The Mandates Are Being Put In Place By “Unelected, Wealthy Bureaucrats Who Are Robbing Our Freedoms And Perpetuating Lies,”
According To Local Media Several Supporters Of Bill Said They Don't Believe Masks Slow The Spread Of The Virus.
