This is the first video in a 12 part series where we discuss 12 barriers we've identified that can cause disruption when trying to effectively communicate your idea to your partner. In this video we introduce and go over the emotional barrier, discussing 3 components relevant to identifying this barrier (constrictive vs. expansive), when it is being employed (emotional release), and a suggestion on when to set up healthy boundaries (expressing vs. dwelling).
