SOLUS13 AND CORRUPT COP, AFTERMATH: THE $294 DOLLAR TICKET

After Officer Douchebag gives me my ticket and tells me he 'better not see me around here again or he'll arrest me' I ask him(what I thought I was still being recorded---sorry) if he was really giving me a $219 dollar littering charge along with my $75 dollar 'reckless use of a highway' charge, because there was trash on the ground next to where I stood?
He says, 'Yes. I'm sure that's your trash.'
And he adds,'Plead not-guilty, and I'll see you in court.' To which I reply,
'You have not had the guts to face me in court, the previous 9 times I've been there because of your tickets.'
A smile, and he gets back in his cruiser.
As he passes me, my sign blows out of my hand, it being quite windy today, to which he squawks EXTREMELY LOUD through his megaphone,'Better pick that up, NOW, or face another littering charge.'
To give you an idea what this monster looks like, imagine the father from A Christmas Story,only with beady alcoholic eyes, and a buzzcut/crewcut hairdo(what we called in the Army a 'ranger burr')
He is the High school bully.
The jock with a small penis and a chip on his shoulder,and
