My stretching/yoga routine - For super Beginner

I AM NOT A YOGA TEACHER, I just made it up because I needed it!
I suggest it for people who are not really familiar with yoga and just want to improve their body easily.
At least 3 times a week!
Don't forget to breath calmly!
Super easy Yoga routine
-Really easy to remember
-No need to be flexible
-Made me more flexible
-Gives me energy
-Focused on lower spine
-Full Body
-You can make it between 20 - 30 minutes
-Enhanced my cognitive qualities
