Don't fear anxiety or any other problems in life. As Jesus has said cast your care upon Him and He is going to take care of the rest. meditate upon these scriptures and study them. Christian meditating upon scripture is quite opposite of what yoga teaches. they tell us to empty the mind and look into ourselves but we need to do the quite opposite of that. we need to look to Jesus who is the author and the finisher of our life and fill our minds with scriptures.
