Kern County red tier potential, KCPH says county is moving in the right direction

Public Health reported that Kern County is heading in the right direction so far after the recent winter surge of cases. With public health Director Brynn Carrigan saying we should be moving from the purple tier to the red tier soon -- as long as we stay proactive in following all safety protocols.
