#DEMOCRAT #IMPEACHMENT MANAGERS TAKE THE UNITED STATES TO A #DARK PLACE: RESPECT FOR #FREE #SPEECH NOT TOLERATED!
The #UnitedStates was established and our legal system rooted in an embrace of Judeo-Christian principles with a high value placed on #equality and #freedom - indeed we fought a #CivilWar over the right of all men to live free.
#America was one of the first countries to draft a Bill of Rights, (first France in 1789 with the United States following in 1791). But today, we see the freedom to state our beliefs, to say what we think, literally, disappearing. When it comes to politics and religion, free speech appears to be non-existent in the public square, unless you are a Democrat or a Leftist that speaks the #WOKE vernacular or the politically correct language of liberal progressives. Hear a few of my own experiences...
WE CAN NOT ALLOW THE #LEFT TO #CONTROL WHAT WE SAY.
House Democrat impeachment managers are trying to sell the argument today that because the President used words like "fight back" or "fight on" that he was inciting violence and therefore, he is outside First Amendment free speech protections!
Question: How many times and in how many different scenarios have we said and heard the term, "we must fight" or "fight back" or "fight on?" How could anyone, in their right mind, believe that a Law and Order President who has always supported the police, and the United States military, call on American citizens to commit violent, criminal activities?!
President Trump, not unlike civil rights and/or human rights activists, asked his supporters to fight back against injustice - massive voter fraud - a grave injustice. It was never an invitation to commit violence as the Democrats would have you believe.
Trump supporters who chose VIOLENCE, rather than to peacefully protest, have no one to blame but themselves for the arrests that followed. Responsibility for criminal conduct lies solely at the feet of those who choose to be violent. Blaming #President Trump for other people's conduct is just wrong.
Luminaries such as the late Martin Luther King, Jr. have said words like, "We must fight," but today, Leftists have themselves permission to punish a former President and Republicans on the grounds that no one can use words like "fight for" or "fight back" in political speeches - if you do - you are called a "domestic terrorist." We must #fight back!
The hypocrisy goes on. Leftist congressional members have been telling their constituents to violently confront Trump supporters and to "get in their face" regularly - true incitement. Where are the expulsions of Congressional members for this kind of thuggery?! We need to make it happen.
Hear examples from my own life and learn what is happening to Christians and other religious groups in places like China that refuse their citizens the right to speak freely on politics or religion.
