The Word of God was not written to justify our sinful actions, but to convict us of our trespasses and sins. It can't be twisted or changed to fit our beliefs, thoughts, or opinions. If we're not living righteously, we should feel the Holy Spirit telling us to change and to move and to grow. We can't continue living in our sin, and loving it more than we love God.
