He saw COVID before most of the West, and survived

When the small town of Codogno was thrust into an uncontrollable outbreak of Covid a year ago, Francesco Tursi was one of the local doctors who suddenly found himself in Europe’s first epicentre. Then, he contracted the virus himself. Lucy Fielder reports.
