Oculus’ consulting CTO John Carmack thinks selling to Facebook was 'the correct thing'

Facebook acquired the company Oculus in 2014, which a lot of gamers weren’t happy about. But John Carmack, who stepped down from his full-time position as CTO for Oculus in 2019 and now has a “consulting CTO” position, has defended the decision in a recent post on Hacker News.
