Meet the Packers fan who came up with the original idea to rename local bridge after late Bart Starr

According to Green Bay alder Mark Steuer, who wrote the resolution to rename the bridge with the city council and first brought up the plan to state lawmakers, his friend Lou Seiler told him about the proposition.
