Full Day of Eating on Keto Carnivore Diet | Eat Paleo-Ketogenic with Me

In this video I show what I eat in a day to address my autoimmunity.
Breakfast:
1 Egg Yolk
1 Scoop of collagen powder
1 Tbs butter
Salt and vanilla extract to taste
Lunch:
2 Eggs
1 Tbs butter
25 ml water
salt, pepper(optional)
3 oz of beef liver
1 tbs lard
Dinner (for 2 and toddler):
2 10 Ribeye steaks
Salt and Pepper ( pepper optional)
Butter (optional)
This way of eating is not only delicious, but also meets all your nutritional needs.
