Spinning for sea trout

Spinning for sea trout in drumcliff estuary with windy conditions at low tide. For the first hour and a half it was very slow with nothing biting. It was only when the tide was about to start turning when i hooked up to a sea trout. Unfortunately it wasn't very well hooked and ended up getting off but at the very least it wasn't a big one probably only close to a pound. After that it went back to being quite and after a hour I called it a day.
