SB 320 / HB 794 Medical Non-Discrimination Business and Consumer Act

We are thankful that SB 320, the Medical Non-Discrimination Business and Consumer Act is now getting national attention. We are getting calls from groups in several states asking for help with drafting similar legislation for their respective states.

This is important.

One of the misconceptions about the bill surrounds the issue of "private property" rights. Do businesses have a constitutional liberty right to make demands on consumers to wear masks, submit to testing, or perhaps show proof of vaccination before entry? Some say yes. We emphatically say no.
